Returns Policy
It’s my pleasure to work with you to ensure you have a great experience buying my artwork, and to make sure that you’re happy with your new pieces!
Damages
If you receive any artwork with damages during shipping, please contact me right away (email [email protected]) within 5 business days (and share photos such that I may file an insurance claim). Depending on the damage, I may require your to return the piece. Please package the painting at the same level it was sent (you may reuse the original packaging), I will share my mailing address and reimburse return costs as long as a full receipt is provided. You may choose a new artwork (at the same or lesser value), or I can issue you a refund (less shipping charges) via your original payment method as per your preference.
Returns & exchange
If you have simply changed your mind about the piece that you purchased, you may return it within 5 business days. You must package the painting properly as to protect it fully. I will provide the mailing address to return the painting. Return shipping fees and all additional charges will be born by the customer. Upon receipt of the artwork in perfect condition, I will proceed with a refund (less shipping charges) via your original payment method. Alternatively, you may select a new piece (of equal or lesser value).
In case you would like to see how a painting would look in your space prior to purchase, please email me a well-lit photo of the space straight-on, along with measurements of the wall. I will superimpose an image of the painting and share back with you such that you can see what it might look like in your space.
Commissions
If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final.

You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By purchasing any of my goods or services, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to purchase any of my goods or services.
