Evening Light in Rome

Strolling through Rome as the sun sets and evening descends on the vibrant city. There is a buzz about as life moves through this ancient city.

Drawing inspiration from my last trip to Rome and all the warm evenings spent walking through the city, I combined vibrant solar daisies with a washed silhouette of the ancient colosseum.

Created with a combination of brushwork and applying paints with palette knife, this original artwork has been finished with a satin varnish for protection.
